Policy Information effective January 1, 2009

ORDERING/PAYMENT:

-We prefer that you use our shopping cart to place your order as this prevents errors.
-We will accept orders via email or fax.
-Unfortunately we can no longer accept orders via telephone.
-All orders are subject to approval.
-Prices and designs offered are subject to change without notice.

-WE HAVE NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS!

-We accept AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
-Returns will be credited back to the same credit card used for original sale.
-Report all damages and problems with orders directly to NIFTY NOB for fastest results.
-Orders sent F.O.B. St. Louis, MO. (We charge freight from our warehouse to your address). To save money ship to a commercial address.
Residential surcharge is $2.00 per package.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

-See product sheets in the Nifty Nob catalog. Dimensions and colors used are all noted for each model.

CUSTOM DESIGNS AND COLORS:

-Sorry custom colorations or shapes are not available.
-Basic shapes are available in many colors and will coordinate with Kids and Themes designs.

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION:

-Nifty Nob uses U.S. Post Office with delivery tracking or FED EX Ground on all shipments. We charge the published rate plus $1.50 for packaging.
-Overnight and 2 day service is available upon request and will incur additional fees. Please call for pricing.
-We do ship internationally. Payment must be made by certified check or international money order made in US$. Call for shipping rates and duties.
-Products will be shipped within 1 business day on in stock items if order is received by noon CST.
-It is very rare but if an item is out of stock you will be notified upon receipt of your order with an expected delivery date.

PRODUCT WARRANTY/RETURNS:

-Nifty Nob will refund any order that arrives damaged or is shipped incorrectly. Please call, email or fax for return instructions. No restock fee will apply.
-If you are unhappy with your selection you may return the product within 14 days for a full refund less shipping costs. No restock fee will apply. A return sheet is included with each shipment.
-Merchandise returned after 14 days will be refunded in full less shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. A return form is included with each shipment.
-Please note merchandise must be in saleable condition when returned or all refunds will be denied. - Please pack carefully!

PRIVACY:

-Nifty Nob values your privacy and strives to use information only to serve you.
-Our site is hosed by Hostgator. Cookies may be used for shopping cart functions to process your order. -Our server and shopping cart program uses the most current SSL encryption when collecting data.
-We do not store credit card information once your order has been processed and shipped.
-We do store customer information to save time on future order processing. This includes address, telephone and email information. We do not share this information with anyone.
-We may send new product announcements or newsletters periodically. These will always provide you a way to opt out of all future correspondence.
